I love University Park!

Seriously, it’s awesome living here. Our little community seems like a dream sometimes. How many of your friends or family in a metropolitan area get to know their neighbors so well?

We have trails, playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, and are close walks to grocery, resturants, and bars. We have a thriving community of people from around the US and around the world.

And sometimes you just need a cup of sugar, and your neighbor always has some in her pantry. (Thanks Mary & Noelle!)

One of the biggest challenges I’ve had in UP, is how I wanted to get involved. I’m grateful for the work members of our community have done to make committees accessible to all, to issue newsletters and new resident’s guides, and to the organizations that sponsor events in town. I want to continue to engage with our neighbors and make UP an inviting space for all town residents.
